2026 Practice Times!
All practices and Home meets take place:
Lakeview Pool 1669 Hamilton Mill Parkway
RESIDENTS - PLEASE COME WITH YOUR AMENITIES CARD
NON RESIDENTS- Please come early to practice if at all possible so that a resident is able to let you in before practice begins. Please exercise patience in the event that you are not able to be admitted immediately.
Our practices will start on Monday, May 11th with the schedule below.
After School Practices Starting May 11th
3:30-4:45pm High School (this practice is for anyone in high school)
4:45-5:30pm Ages 10 and under (elementary school*)
5:30-6:30pm Ages 11-14 (middle school)
*NO GUPPY PRACTICE DURING AFTER SCHOOL PRACTICES.
Once practices start, the coaches may ask some swimmers to come to another practice time due to ability level.
Morning Practices Starting May 21st
8:00-9:15am Ages 13 and older/advanced swimmers
9:15-10:15am Ages 9-12/intermediate swimmers
10:15-11:00am Ages 8 and under/beginner swimmers
10:30-11:00am Guppies
Coaches may ask some swimmers to come to another practice time due to ability level.
No Practices on the Last day of school, Memorial day, or July 4th.
On Friday mornings following a Thursday night meet, swimmers are invited to a 9 a.m. meeting at the Lakeview pool for meet review, acknowledgements, DONUTS & FUN. We usually play games in the pool after our team meeting.
